PCR results are delivered same day if the swab is received in the lab before noon. For swabs received after noon most will be delivered by Midnight but may take until noon the following day. For an additional fee Urgent processing is available that returns results in 5 hrs.

The testing process involves registering, payment and taking the swab. This can usually be completed in 20 minutes.

There can be mild discomfort or the collection of nasopharyngeal swabs mild discomfort may be experienced. Sample collection type can be selected by the client according to their travel needs. We offer Nasal and Combined Throat and Nares as alternative collection techniques."

This process will not affect sinuses. Some persons may experience a short post nasal drip, a natural response.

No. You do not have to do anything to prepare for your test.

No aftercare is necessary. Your results will be sent to you via the email you provided. Please ensure legibility of the email address on your intake form to prevent delays in issuing your report

Yes walk-ins are welcome however we recommend booking an appointment to allow registration information to be collected ahead reducing your time on site. It also reduces the number of clients on site at the same time reducing overall wait times.
